Chair
Jessica Shevlin, Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT)
The Chair leads SacPAC’s strategic and operational direction. Responsibilities include presiding over all meetings, soliciting agenda items, serving as an ex-officio member of all committees, and managing meeting logistics.
Co‑Chair
Alison Santiago, Sacramento County
The Co‑Chair supports and fills in for the Chair. Responsibilities include serving as Chair when the Chair is absent, serving as Secretary if needed, assisting with meeting planning, and supporting committees and subcommittees.
Secretary
Michele Sakamoto, California State Parks
The Secretary documents and maintains SacPAC’s official records. Responsibilities include recording minutes, distributing agendas and minutes, maintaining bylaws and historical documents, and supporting official communications.
Treasurer
Sydney Pallas, SacAsian Chamber of Commerce
The Treasurer manages SacPAC’s financial records. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing transactions, overseeing budgeting, and filing financial or tax documents when required.
Membership Coordinators
Justine Chayan, Caltrans
Alison Santiago, Sacramento County
Membership Coordinators recruit new members, manage membership records, oversee annual Statements of Commitment, monitor attendance, and support membership compliance reviews.
Email Manager & Event Coordinator
Jeannie Robinson, SMUD
Justine Chayan, Caltrans
Email Managers and Event Coordinators oversee SacPAC’s Gmail account, respond to inquiries, lead Event Subcommittees, plan and coordinate events, secure venues and speakers, and manage event promotion and documentation.
Webmaster
Chad Wright, DGS
The Webmaster maintains SacPAC’s website and digital tools. Responsibilities include updating site content, ensuring website accessibility, managing digital communication tools, overseeing domain renewals, and coordinating with leadership to keep online records current.
